Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) in College Station, TX. This part-time, on-site role focuses on social media-oriented leasing support and delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

The intern will work roughly 20 hours per week, assist with front desk tasks, and participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training, maintaining files and contributing to occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; GPA verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Assist front desk with administrative tasks.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet clients, handle calls, determine needs, present community and apartments, close the sale, and follow up.
• Maintain lease applications and lease file paperwork; support audits and documentation.
