Job summary

Cardinal Group in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver high quality customer service, promote 100% occupancy, and support leasing activities across our community.

The role requires enrollment in a degree program, minimum GPA 2.5, a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, valid driver’s license, and availability to work about 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends; on-site work in a designated community with Cardinal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program with at least 6 credit hours.
• Have completed at least one year at the enrolled college or university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; annual verification and potential probation if not met.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training as required.
• Greet prospects, handle calls, present the community and apartment homes.
• Process lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation and participate in audits.
• Keep tour paths clean to create a positive first impression.
• Assist planning community events and other projects as directed.
• Be available for on-call duties, evenings and weekends.
