Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a Phoenix community. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen prospects, and ensure a smooth move-in process while maintaining occupancy goals.

Responsibilities include executing marketing activities, utilizing OneSite/Yardi, and supporting renewal letters and resident satisfaction efforts. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• This role requires front-line leasing experience and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to conduct community tours, process applications and screen applicants.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing, leasing policies and renewal programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and lease moves.
• Inspect show units, coordinate maintenance needs, and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Support renewal activities, prepare renewal letters, and contact renewing residents.
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and timely lease renewals.
