Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects in person and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move-in packages; ensure smooth lease signings.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and referrals.
• Respond to resident concerns quickly and document requests.
