Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of student or multifamily housing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel; proficiency in property software (Entrata).
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and EEO laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a motivated, high-performing leasing team and promote excellent resident service.
• Drive occupancy targets and implement renewal and retention programs.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and campus/local outreach.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software and leases.
• Support NOI goals through leasing and cost-conscious operations.
