Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 in Tucson, AZ. You will greet prospects, tour communities, explain floor plans and pricing, and guide applicants through leasing paperwork while upholding Fair Housing and company policies.

You will manage PM system records, support move-ins/renewals, and participate in marketing efforts to maintain occupancy and satisfaction standards.

Formación

• Proven ability to greet, qualify, and follow up with prospects.
• Experience using property management systems and CRM tools.
• Ability to conduct tours and explain pricing and terms clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct tours tailored to prospect needs and explain terms.
• Process applications and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead and prospect records in the PMS.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach and community events.
