You\'ll greet prospects, provide property tours, address objections, process applications, and manage the waitlist. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Entrata/RealPage help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred; multifamily or student housing a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and team leasing goals.
• Greet and build rapport with prospective residents.
• Provide tours highlighting property features.
• Close leases by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Respond to leasing inquiries within 24 hours.
• Enter and maintain lead information in Entrata.
• Track site leasing trends and guide prospects accordingly.
• Maintain office, model units, and common areas.
• Participate in community marketing and resident events.
• Guide applicants through the application process.
• Collect move-in related fees and ensure proper paperwork.
• Handle resident service requests and day-to-day needs.
• Manage the waitlist and communicate updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
