Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Support Community Manager in lease negotiations and marketing initiatives.
• Lead and develop leasing team; ensure guest-ready leasing office.
• Maintain safety, compliance with policies, and service quality.
