Qualifications

• Education and experience in property management is required or preferred.
• Experience with OneSite and RealPage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and occupancy goals; manage expenses to budget.
• Lead, coach, and develop onsite team; ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies in line with leadership guidance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety codes, and local regulations.
• Maintain property condition and manage vendor relationships.
