Responsibilities

• Lease, marketing, and resident experience duties: generate leads, tours, and follow up.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns and maintain logs and notifications.
• Represent Landmark Properties in a professional manner and resolve resident concerns escalated to management.
• Perform daily operations tasks, logs, and adherence to policies and Turn-related activities.
