Responsibilities

• Lease and market the community to maximize occupancy.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process and conduct tours.
• Assist with marketing events and social media campaigns.
• Maintain resident experience and resolve concerns with guidance from management.
• Enter and track inquiries, tours, and applications.
• Attend staff meetings and follow company policies on Fair Housing.
