Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing efforts, marketing activities, and resident experience at our Illinois community. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, assist with events, and work to maximize occupancy.

The role reports to the Community Manager and requires strong organization, reliability, and time management. Evening/weekend availability and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, IT, Public Relations, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and help close sales.
• Generate new leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, and follow up on leads.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive community environment.
