Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead the leasing process, guide prospective residents, and assist in marketing and events to maximize occupancy.

You will work with the Community Manager, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate logs, and ensure a welcoming, well‑maintained community.

Evening and weekend availability is required; a high school diploma is required, with enrollment in a related Bachelor’s program preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program preferred in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Assist in marketing and resident experience initiatives and events.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain detailed activity logs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and manage resident concerns.
• Support daily operations including tours, emails, and turnovers.
