Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant for a property in Denton, Texas. The role involves leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations, with regular on-site attendance and direct interaction with prospective residents.

You will conduct tours, close leases, handle paperwork, and support marketing plans while ensuring resident satisfaction and accurate data tracking. This is a full-time, on-site position with safety and regulatory knowledge expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software tasks.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Regular/daily on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour, and move in prospective residents and sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
