Job summary

Park7 Management in Denton, TX is seeking a friendly Community Assistant to welcome prospective residents and support leasing efforts for modern, fully furnished apartments. You will build relationships with potential residents and help showcase why our community is a great place to call home.

As the face of Park7 and the first contact for renters, you’ll work with the Property Manager to maximize occupancy, handle move-in/out tasks, coordinate events, and maintain a high level of resident

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospective residents, creating a welcoming environment.
• Show apartments, guide applicants through the application process, help achieve occupancy goals.
• Assist Property Manager with maximizing rental income, minimizing expenses, and resident satisfaction.
• Prepare move-in/move-out paperwork, log work orders, manage resident files, and handle office tasks.
• Assist in rent collection under supervision of Property Manager.
• Help organize resident events and distribute notices or newsletters.
• Conduct regular inspections of model units and common areas to maintain property appeal.
• Ensure on-time shift coverage and follow change policies.
