Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations at an apartment community. You will assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations while supporting financial recordkeeping and reporting to the Property Manager.

The role requires 2+ years of tax credit and multi-family experience, knowledge of HUD programs, and leadership ability. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tax credit experience.
• Related multi-family property management experience.
• HUD rules and low-income housing policies.
• Experience with OneSite software is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and leasing to maintain occupancy.
• Implement resident retention programs.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to concerns.
• Collect rents and deposits; reconcile accounts monthly.
• Enforce rent collection policy.
• Process invoices.
• Monitor renewals and renewal notices.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and monthly reports.
• Produce monthly reports for Property Manager.
