RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our Atlanta apartment communities. You will assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations while supporting financial recordkeeping for the property.

The role requires 2+ years tax credit experience and related multifamily management skills, plus the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. This on-site position offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years tax credit experience in multifamily housing.
• Related multi-family property management experience.
• Knowledge of HUD rules and regulations.
• Experience with OneSite software.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performs marketing and leasing to maintain budgeted or greater occupancy.
• Implements resident retention programs and follow-up.
• Maintains resident relations and responds to concerns to avoid escalation.
• Collect rents and perform daily deposits and reconciliations.
• Enforce rent collection policy and process invoices.
• Monitor renewals; distribute renewal notices.
• Prepare move-in paperwork in a timely manner per housing regulations and policies.
• Produce monthly reports for the Property Manager.
