Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. in Norman, Oklahoma, is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to enhance the property's online presence through engaging photo and video content and to assist with outreach marketing on campus and in the community. The Overlook Norman community features 254 units and 796 beds with amenities including a pool and fitness center.

This role requires 15-20 hours per week, with rotating nights and weekends as needed. Compensation is $14.00 per hour plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• University enrollment or pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience with editing apps CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Lightroom.
• Ability to present a creative portfolio highlighting prior creative/design and social media experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media marketing and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain property social media profiles with regular posting and engagement.
• Collaborate with office staff to support leasing and resident retention efforts.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting across platforms.
• Assist with outreach marketing on campus and in the community and with events.
• Foster community by highlighting resident experiences through digital marketing.
• Ensure marketing materials accurately represent features and amenities.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and social media best practices.
• Explore partnerships with local businesses to expand reach.
