PREIT, a leading mall operator, seeks a dynamic Manager – Business Development to drive income for the DC Market. You will lead leasing of RMUs, kiosks, inline stores and non-traditional spaces such as parking lot events. The role emphasizes canvassing, deal negotiation, and strong merchant relations.

You will manage income, expenses, A/R and merchandising while coordinating with mall teams to meet aggressive income objectives and deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Real Estate (or equivalent)
• 3–5 years in shopping center industry or related field
• Excellent written and oral communication across all management levels
• Independent self-starter with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

Responsabilidades

• Achieve revenue goals for specialty leasing and partnerships
• Develop and present new concepts through various channels to tenants
• Build a prospect list and canvass local markets for new deals
• Negotiate license agreements with retailers and ensure contract compliance
• Monitor income, budgets, A/R, and merchant relationships
