Job summary

Centennial is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the Local Leasing program. You will drive revenue, manage licensees, and collaborate with on-site property teams to exceed annual targets.

You will cultivate relationships with existing licensees and prospective tenants, coordinate with the Corporate team for national deals, and lead special initiatives to maximize income opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business, sales, leasing, media, or retail.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to read financials and analyze data.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: identify new tenants, network, and build relationships; develop lease strategy; assist in national tenant coordination.
• Leasing: manage local leasing of carts, kiosks, and inline stores; negotiate license terms; prepare deal sheets.
• Management & Operations: monitor center guidelines; ensure adherence; collect sales reports; assist AR efforts; maintain pipelines and plans.
• Marketing: distribute collateral; merchandise vacant spaces; collaborate with Marketing to improve visuals.
• Financial: support monthly/ quarterly forecasts; manage budgets and expenses to meet targets.
