Urban Edge Properties seeks a driven Specialty Leasing Manager to grow ancillary revenue across its retail portfolio. You will manage on-site operations, source openings, and execute day-to-day activities while partnering with property teams to activation efforts.

You will close deals, nurture tenant relationships, and participate in mall events, with a strong on-site presence and a focus on revenue generation through kiosks, pop-ups, and short-term leases.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty/retail leasing and revenue generation.
• Strong sourcing, negotiations, and deal execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with data tools to support leasing decisions.
• On-site presence and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as core member of mall management, driving daily operations.
• Source inline vacancies, kiosks, pop-ups, and short-term leases.
• Negotiate license agreements and terms with tenants quickly.
• Maintain tenant pipelines and manage expiring or underperforming leases.
• Coordinate onboarding, permits, setup, and teardown for tenants.
• Use MRI, Power BI, and Placer.ai to support leasing decisions.
