Job summary

Metropolitan Companies is seeking a Corporate Leasing Specialist in Wyomissing to support billing and invoicing after move-outs. You will audit files, prepare invoices, and collaborate with properties to ensure accurate charges.

Responsibilities

• Price and bill the resident moving out for damages.
• Audit the move in/out file to ensure correct final bill.
• Confirm ledger accuracy and adjust charges as needed.
• Prepare and mail invoices within 30 days of move-out.
• Coordinate with properties on charges not on the pricing list.
• Handle mail to residents and maintain records.
• Create lease addendums in Yardi and generate documents.
• Create Move Out reports for leadership.
• Assist with operations projects as needed.
