Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare recurring tenant billings and reconcile billing activity.
• Familiarity with CAM and real estate tax escalations and true-ups.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Abstract new commercial and residential leases and maintain accurate lease administration records.
• Enter new tenants, leases, renewals, amendments, and tenant updates into Yardi.
• Prepare annual price-per-share billing and reconcile related billing activity.
• Enter and review monthly tenant chargebacks, including amenities, utilities, laundry, and work orders.
• Calculate, process, and reconcile CAM and real estate tax escalations, true-ups, and related adjustments.
• Set up, review, and process late fees in accordance with lease terms.
• Reconcile monthly billing to ensure charges are complete, accurate, and properly supported.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing questions, tenant updates, and lease administration issues.
• Maintain organized documentation for leases, amendments, chargebacks, reconciliations, and billing support.
