Metropolitan Management Group seeks a Corporate Leasing Specialist to support billing after move-out for all properties. The role reports to the Operation Support Manager and offers benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, holiday pay, PTO, bonus, and 401(k) with matching.

Responsibilities include auditing move-out charges, preparing final invoices, coordinating with property teams on unusual charges, and generating Move Out reports in Excel.

Formación

• 1–3 years of accounting or related field experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and property operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Price and bill residents moving out for damages.
• Audit move-in/out files to ensure accurate final bills.
• Confirm ledger accuracy and add missing charges before final bill.
• Prepare and mail invoices within 30 days of move-out.
• Coordinate with properties on charges not in pricing list.
• Mail documents via Verified Mail and maintain records.
• Create lease addendums in Yardi.
• Generate Move Out monthly reports in Excel.
• Create Move Out Analysis reports as needed.
• File expenses using Center Card system.
• Ensure charge codes flow to P&Ls.
• Scan and save documents; shred paper per retention policy.
• Assist with special projects in Operations.
• Work on projects assigned by Executive Leadership.
