Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a Part Time Leasing Associate to join our team. You will manage leasing inquiries, explain property offerings, and help drive occupancy with a customer-focused approach.

We value energy, reliability, and strong communication. This role offers part-time hours (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays 8:00am–5:00pm) and a supportive benefits package focused on employee growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of leasing experience, including mid-rise properties.
• Strong phone sales and customer service abilities.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-up.
• Professional demeanor with a personable phone voice.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Create and distribute marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Hours:

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Key Qualifications:

• Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred.
