Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a personable Leasing Associate for Haven Apartments in Nashville, TN. You will greet and tour prospective residents, lease apartments, and promote our properties on social media to showcase the community.

This role offers commissions on leases plus renewal commissions, in a supportive, fun-loving team environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Yardi experience is helpful for daily tasks and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong sales ability and a passion for customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments and earn commission while doing it.
• Promote our properties on social media and bring personality online.
• Build relationships and connections to make residents feel at home.
