Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Leasing Associate for Haven Apartments in Nashville, TN. You’ll be the face of our community, connecting with future residents, marketing with creativity, and helping people find their perfect home.

You’ll greet and tour prospects, lease apartments with commission opportunities, promote properties on social media, and build lasting resident relationships in a fun, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service.
• Strong resident relations and collections experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
