Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking Leasing Associates in the Houston area to engage prospects, tour communities, and convert leads to leases. You'll support marketing efforts, maintain records, and help with retention and renewals while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, multi-channel follow-up, and attention to detail. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is a plus, with a focus on meeting performance targets and earning commissions.
