Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a personable Leasing Associate for Haven Apartments in Nashville, TN. You will greet and tour prospective residents, lease apartments, and promote our properties on social media to showcase the community.

This role offers commissions on leases plus renewal commissions, in a supportive, fun-loving team environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Yardi experience is helpful for daily tasks and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong sales ability and a passion for customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred
• Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service
• Strong resident relations and collections experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
