Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits; adhere to Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; coordinate approvals.
