RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations at one of our properties. You will handle tours, applications, deposits, and signing leases, while delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

You'll work on site with a team, utilize our management tools, and contribute to resident satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and strong communication. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within RPM Living.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software

Mansioni

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person)
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and adhere to Fair Housing requirements
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing
• Obtain approvals and follow up on applicant status
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare for move-ins and provide community orientation
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence for the property
• Respond to residents' questions and requests to promote satisfaction and retention
• Close leases and generate leads; manage tours and follow-ups as needed
• Use marketing strategies within budget to drive traffic and occupancy
• Project a positive image of the community to achieve objectives
• Plan resident events to promote retention and engagement
• Complete paperwork for leases, move-ins, and check-outs on time
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings
• Collaborate with maintenance to respond promptly to service requests
