RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at one of our apartment communities. You will conduct tours, process applications, verify credit, and prepare move-in paperwork while building positive resident experiences.

Ideal candidates possess an associate degree or equivalent, experience with MS Office and property management software, and a customer-service mindset willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Microsoft Office and property management software familiarity.

Mansioni

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
