Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Leasing Associate for Meridian Pointe, a 360-unit affordable community in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on managing leasing inquiries, presenting available homes, and delivering exceptional service to residents.

You will build relationships with prospects, coordinate with the team, and participate in marketing efforts to keep Meridian Pointe competitive. A high school diploma is required and 1–3 years leasing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
• Strong phone and in-person sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing inquiries viaphone and walk-ins with energy and professionalism.

What You Will Do

• Be the first impression of our community by managing all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk‑ins, with energy and professionalism
• Communicate knowledgeably and enthusiastically about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute creative marketing materials that make Meridian Pointe stand out
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospects and residents
• Thrive in a professional, performance‑driven, fast‑paced team environment
• Bring high‑energy sales skills and excellent closing ability to every interaction
• Read the room and adapt your approach to meet the unique needs and personality of each prospect

What You Bring

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience, with mid‑rise experience preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi software products is a plus

• Proven phone sales and customer service skills that close deals
• A strong work ethic and genuine passion for helping people
• A responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude every single day
