The role offers daytime, 40‑hour weeks with full employee benefits and a clear path for career growth within Florida and beyond. A high school diploma is required, and Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years leasing experience required; mid‑rise experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Yardi products is a plus.
• Strong phone sales and customer service skills that close deals.

• Manage all leasing inquiries by phone, walk-ins, and email with energy and professionalism.
• Explain available properties knowledgeably and enthusiastically to exceed benchmarks.

What You Bring

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience, with mid-rise experience preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi software products is a plus

• Proven phone sales and customer service skills that close deals
