Assistant Property Manager (Affordable)

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Assistant Property Manager (APM) in Tampa, FL.

Location: Cross Creek, 192‑unit residential community, Tampa, FL 33610.

Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, one‑hour lunch daily (schedule to be discussed during interview process).

Pay Range

Base pay: $21.00/hr – $22.00/hr. Additional monthly certification bonus incentives may apply.

Requirements

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; experience with affordable communities and Yardi software preferred.
• Skills & Certifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws, valid Driver’s License required.
