Qualifications

• 1–3 years leasing experience required; mid‑rise experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Yardi products is a plus.
• Strong phone sales and customer service skills that close deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries by phone, walk-ins, and email with energy and professionalism.
• Explain available properties knowledgeably and enthusiastically to exceed benchmarks.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to make Meridian Pointe stand out.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and residents.
