Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Leasing Associate to join our Clearwater, Florida team. Manage leasing inquiries, market affordable communities, and drive occupancy with energetic, professional service.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of leasing experience, strong phone and customer service skills, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. We offer competitive pay, benefits, 401(k), and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of leasing experience; multi-family leasing with new construction preferred.
• Strong phone sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and close leases.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide knowledge about available properties to achieve occupancy targets.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to drive occupancy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Deliver energetic, professional service to prospects and residents.

Location: Serving Belleair Place and Bayside Court, our resident communities in Clearwater, FL

What We're Looking For:

• Experience leasing and marketing affordable communities
• A proven track record of achieving high resident satisfaction results
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required!
