CTO Realty Growth, Inc. seeks a Tenant Coordinator/Leasing Analyst to support Investments and Asset Management for a multi-tenant retail portfolio.

You will assist with underwriting leases, prepare proposals, and manage lease administrative tasks from inception to occupancy. Based in the Daytona Beach corporate office, this role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to coordinate with legal, construction, and property management to maximize occupancy and financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or lease administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
• Ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and real estate software.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with underwriting new leases and track activity across the portfolio.
• Prepare internal leasing proposals for senior management review.
• Communicate lease terms to tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee lease administration and renewals in collaboration with legal and property management.
• Record and track critical dates (rent increases, expirations) in the lease management system.
• Generate occupancy reports, rent rolls, and financial summaries.
• Maintain property information sheets and vendor contacts.
• Abstract leases into Procore to track deliverables and key dates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Leasing teams.
