Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, or service industry experience.
• Weekend availability.
• Must hold a current driver’s license, auto insurance, and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails in a timely manner with professional communication.
• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Present the community enthusiastically and guide prospects to find the right home.
• Prepare resident files and assist with move-in/move-out paperwork.
• Maintain property appearance and assist with inspections as needed.
