Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You will guide applicants from inquiry to move-in, show communities, highlight amenities, and deliver exceptional service to new and existing residents.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset are essential. Prior leasing or hospitality experience is valued, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents by providing property tours and answering inquiries.
• Drive occupancy goals by explaining benefits and guiding applicants through the process.
• Assist with applications, background checks, and lease preparation.
• Ensure move-in readiness by coordinating inspections and preparations.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing resident concerns and renewals.
• Maintain accurate resident records and handle leasing-related admin tasks.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner.
• Keep knowledge of market trends and competitors to position communities.
• Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.
