Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing, sales, or related experience.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Leasing 101 certification required within first 3 months.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, sales, and closing skills.
• Professional phone and in-person etiquette.
• Positive, solution-oriented, and resident-focused mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency.
