Job summary

Saar-Management-LL is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our property management team in Jacksonville. You will engage with prospects, conduct tours, qualify applicants, and close leases while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes accuracy in move-in packages, rent collection coordination, and CRM data entry. Yardi experience is a plus, and Spanish speaking is a strong bonus for our diverse community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of apartment leasing experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment; Internet navigation skills preferred.
• Spanish speaking a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer tenants’ requests for maintenance and follow up on payments.
• Schedule showing appointments and prepare leases and notices.
• Tour property with prospects and respond to questions about amenities.
• Assist with qualifying for new homes, including background and credit checks.
• Maintain tenant relationships and ensure move-in processes are completed.

Our thriving Property Management team is in need of an experienced Leasing Agent, to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have incredible customer service skills with a commitment to provide a great and happy home for future residents. Leasing Agents

Responsible for answering tenants’ request for maintenance, following up on tenants’ payments and making sure account balances are paid on time, answering questions about available units for rent, and schedule showing appointments. Additionally, preparing leases, notices, and various postings. Maintaining tenant's relationship.

Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about the amenities, local community, and other property details.

• Drive the lease closing process by highlighting the quality of the community and the amenities available at each property.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for their new home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background and credit checks.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; assist with other computer data entry as necessary.
• Ensuring all fees, and deposits are collected by prospects and/or residents in a timely manner.
• Executive all marketing activities to drive traffic to the property and create a lasting first impression.
• Track all leads via the CRM system and follow up with all prospects.
• Deliver unmatched and welcoming service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
• Ensure all aspects of the move-in process are completed in advance of lease signing. Activities may include resident screening, pre-tour unit, income verification, file maintenance, compliance screening, etc.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all resident files.
• Escalate any unusual property/resident concerns to their Property Manager in a timely manner.
• Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and building policies.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
