RHM Real Estate Group in Toledo, OH is seeking a personable Leasing Agent to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relationships for our multifamily community. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and coordinate move-ins while using Yardi for data entry.

The role offers full-time hours with potential leasing commission bonuses, and benefits including health plans, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan with company matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in a property leasing position preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to obtain Fair Housing certification prior to interaction.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; follow up on leads and refer to sister properties.
• Record visits in Yardi; maintain accurate leasing data.
• Inspect model suites and ensure readiness for move-ins.
• Handle resident files, inspections, and communications.
• Lead neighborhood marketing and distribute promotional materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
