Point Real Estate Management LLC | PRM in Minnesota seeks a full-time Leasing Agent to partner with the Property Manager, showcasing units, guiding prospects, and helping residents find their perfect home while supporting leasing goals.

You will greet, qualify, tour, and close prospects, maintain the hospitality center, and ensure office readiness for tours and applications. Evening/weekend availability is expected to accommodate tours and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or property management is a plus.
• Familiarity with multifamily property operations or real estate leasing laws is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents.
• Invite prospects to tour.
• Record traffic and leasing activity.
• Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view.
• Maintain monthly market survey and knowledge of competition.
• Maintain hospitality center for prospective residents.
• Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial.
