Point Real Estate Management LLC in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to partner with the Property Manager, greet prospects, show units, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You'll manage tours, record traffic, prepare move-in documents, and support resident relations. The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a professional appearance for a Class A property.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or property management is a plus.
• Familiarity with multifamily property operations or real estate leasing laws is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents.
• Invite prospects to tour and record traffic/leasing activity.
• Ensure grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready for viewing.
• Maintain monthly market survey and knowledge of competition.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork; walk-through units.
• Promote other income items and handle renewals/documentation.
• Accept rental payments and prepare service requests; support staff as needed.

Join our team at a premier Class A multifamily residential community just east of downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota!

Point Real Estate Management is seeking a motivated full-time Leasing Agent to work closely with our Property Manager to help keep our property in top condition and ensure a comfortable living experience for our residents. In this role you'll connect with prospective residents, showcase our units, and help them find their perfect home while supporting the community's leasing goals.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Prospects

• Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents.
• Invite prospects to tour.
• Record traffic and leasing activity.
• Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view.
• Maintain monthly market survey and knowledge of competition.
• Maintain hospitality center for prospective residents.
• Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial.

Lease

• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Walk through units to ensure they are ready.
• Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums.
• Promote other income items.
• Resident Retention
• Prepare renewal paperwork.

Customer Service and Maintenance

• Accept rental payments
• Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties

Requirements

Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills - able to build rapport with prospective and current residents
• Sales and marketing aptitude - ability to promote units and convert leads into leases.
• Organizational skills - capable of managing multiple inquiries, appointments, and paperwork simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Attention to detail - ensuring lease agreements and documentation are accurate and compliant.

Education & Experience

• Experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or property management is a plus.
• Familiarity with multifamily property operations or real estate leasing laws is helpful.
• Knowledge of professional business discipline
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for property tours and resident events
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a Class A multifamily property.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High School diploma or GED
