Real Property Management Greater Madison Metro is seeking an Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent in Wisconsin to join a growing team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, owners, and vendors, handling calls, emails, showings, and the leasing process with a customer-first approach.

Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent is an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused role to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our company, this individual plays a critical role in creating a positive and professional first impression for current residents, prospective tenants, owners, vendors, and the general public.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, responding promptly and professionally to tenant and prospective tenant emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. A consistently positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service are essential for this role. Your office duties will also include office administration, supplies/inventory monitoring, and incoming rent and mail entry.
In addition to front office responsibilities, this position will have direct interaction with prospective tenants by conducting property showings throughout Dane County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities also include completing daily property and showing reports, assisting the Property Manager with marketing available properties, processing rental applications, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the property management team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent time management and prioritization skills, maintains a good driving record, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. They are naturally driven to deliver exceptional customer service, build trust with residents and prospective tenants, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in every interaction. Compensation for this position is a base salary of $40k annually per hour plus commission on closed leases with the opportunity for additional bonuses.
