Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop and cultivate relationships with the Dallas-Fort Worth & Houston brokerage communities.
2. Act as Broker of record (broker license preferred but not required) for sites we lease in-house.
3. Directly lease in-house portfolio and oversee/manage third-party brokers.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy and oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including:

• Arrange and conduct tours with potential tenants.
• Prepare LOIs for potential tenants.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads from proposal to fully executed lease.
• Coordinate and communicate with attorneys during lease negotiations.
• Request and review tenant and guarantor financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
• Keep executive management informed of any issues.
• Assist in and facilitate the deployment of technology across the portfolio.
• Attend industry conferences and seminars to stay updated on market trends and outlooks.
• Serve as the main contact for all lease prospect inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 3-7 years of leasing experience as either a Landlord Rep or Tenant Rep.
• Active TEXAS Brokers License preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate software such as Yardi, Yardi Deal Manager, Loopnet, Crexi, Costar, etc.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfort with multitasking.
• Powerful sales skills.
• Ability to work independently.
