Job summary

Renoir Staffing, LLC in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Leasing Agent who excels in sales, marketing and customer service to support property management teams. You will engage with prospective residents, present features, and guide applicants through the rental process.

The role partners with the Property Manager and maintenance staff to ensure quality work, conduct tours in person or via Zoom, handle applications, create marketing ads and prepare routine reports. On-site presence is expected.

General functions of the leasing Agent:

• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner
• Tours prospective residents via in-person or Zoom
• Assists applicant with the application process
• Creates and updates marketing ads
• Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
• Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
• Completes move-in walk-through with new residents
