Job summary

Renoir Staffing is currently seeking a Leasing Agent skilled in sales, marketing and customer service to join our property management team in California. The role involves coordinating with the Property Manager, showing properties in person or via Zoom, assisting applicants with applications, crafting marketing ads, and handling routine reporting.

The position supports residents with issues and conducts move-in walkthroughs to ensure smooth occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner.
• Tours prospective residents via in-person or Zoom.
• Assists applicant with the application process.
• Creates and updates marketing ads.
• Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager.
• Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home.
• Completes move-in walk-through with new residents.
