Job summary

Renoir Staffing, LLC. is seeking a Leasing Agent in California to drive leasing results through sales, marketing and exceptional customer service.

The role partners with the Property Manager and maintenance team to present properties and secure quality residents. You will tour prospects in person or via Zoom, assist applicants with the application, create marketing ads, and handle daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience or strong sales aptitude preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to market properties effectively and engage prospects.

Responsibilities

• Tours prospective residents in-person or via Zoom.
• Assists applicants with the application process.
• Creates and updates marketing ads for properties.
• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly reports as assigned by the Property Manager.
• Assists residents with work orders or issues in their home.
• Completes move-in walkthroughs with new residents.

• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner
• Tours prospective residents via in-person or Zoom
• Assists applicant with the application process
• Creates and updates marketing ads
• Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
• Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
• Completes move-in walk-through with new residents
